Dr. Houser is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck
Surgery at Case Western Reserve University and is practicing at
MetroHealth Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of
Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the Ohio State
University College of Medicine. His Otolaryngology Residency was at the
Cleveland Clinic Foundation and additional specialty training in
Rhinology and Allergy was obtained at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Houser is on the board of the American Academy of Otolaryngic
Allergy, and presents regularly at their national meetings. He is a
member of the American College of Surgeons and the Triologic society.
He is a recognized expert in treating Empty Nose Syndrome and has
patients travel from all over the country and world to receive therapy
for this uncommon problem.
Dr. Houser's interests include nasal physiology, mucociliary clearance,
allergy, sleep apnea, and the endoscopic management of sinus disease in
both the pediatric and adult populations.
