Dr. Carter is Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at MetroHealth Medical Center. He is also an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree and his specialty training from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in Minneapolis. He specializes in otology, vertigo, balance disorders, head and neck cancer, paranasal sinus surgery, and maxillofacial trauma.
