Dr. Carter is Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at MetroHealth Medical Center. He is also an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree and his specialty training from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in Minneapolis. He specializes in otology, vertigo and balance disorders, head and neck tumors, and maxillofacial trauma.
